Facilitated the development of and maintained the construction schedule for a $50M minor league baseball stadium. Developed the baseline construction schedule using planning information provided by the Owner, Designer and Contractor. Conducted update bi-weekly status meetings, updated the construction schedule and provided summary narrative reports detailing 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th longest/critical driving paths, performance analyses, suggestions to improve and/or avoid potential impacts to activities within the immediate timeframe and the projected timeframe.
