Completed a 14 month on-site assignment. The project was a "fast-track" 280,000 square foot industrial manufacturing facility. Design-build delivery method. Working with the project team, established the conceptual plan and schedule. Continually developing into the construction schedule as the design and cost estimate progressed. Cost loaded the schedule and provided earned value reporting. Project completed on-time and under budget. Scheduling software was Primavera P6v7.2.

As of November 16, 2011, my next two new building projects are three educational buildings, 2 high schools and 1 middle school. Both are design- build. Schedule specifications requires using Primavera P6v7 and cost loading the schedules. One project requires the on-time completion of a new high school in which the Owner start occupying before the middle school building abatement, demolition, new construction and renovation can commence.
