- Detailed cost analysis and up-to-date monitoring for all expenditures including staff,material,equipment and subcontractor expenses, to monitor cost coding system is properly applied and information flow is correct and complete,

- Prompt project management for sudden and upcoming deviations, analyse and lead required responsible to take action,

- Administration and coordination of the process for preparation, processing and finalization of monthly progress payment certificates, proforma invoices and invoices,

- Preparation of budgetary cost estimates for Client raised proposal requests,change order requests, additional works and site technical queries;preparation of variation order requests against alterations works and development of necessary variation order application with all substantiation and submittal in the enclosure of a formal contractual letter , related; revise promptly the Control Budget (revenues and costs) with all agreed Changes and the necessary Internal Transfers,

- Control and approve subcontractor/vendor valuations, take active role in scope changes, amendments and contractual duties regarding subcontractors,

- Monitoring; for subcontracts and other significant items, progress and the value of work done against the invoices received, determining the monthly accruals (to have accounts in line with works progress),

- Reporting to the headquarters of Tekfen on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, satisfy the Client for the reporting and for informations required to achieve financial or tax optimisation,

- Assistance to preparation of local and client approved purchase orders, follow and expedite the process if required, in addition, support the purchasing process for overrun prevention (budget analysis for PO's request before commitment),

- Coordination between warehouse, construction group and procurement group for all the materials including project materials and consumables requested&delivered to site,

- Filtering out the outstanding materials that is urgently required for the primary activities of the project, take responsibility in preparation, requisition, expediting and delivery stage,

- Commercial responsibility through the pre-comm. and comm. phase.
