·         Daily monitoring the progress on Oil, Gas, Sulphur and Main Pipe rack Areas

·         Preparing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reportsfor Management

·         Monitor the planning and progress procedures to ensure, that each element of the project performs the processes timely and consistently

·         Measuring performance on site, suggesting corrective action to Construction

·         Review weekly progress of manpower, earned and spent man-hours

·         Creating  schedule analysis reports, monitor delays/slippages and report to superiors for action/recovery plans

·         Inform the Construction team about progress and advise them where their performance needs an improvement

·         Supervising all activities within the Engineering  and QA/QC departments
