  • Participated and won project bidding for a 1.7MTPA FLNG Project.
  • Prepared project budget and cost forecasting, monthly cash flow forecast and cost report, invoice and payment request review and evaluation report.
  • Analysed project schedule and progress; compared schedule against cash flow.

Takula Gas Processing Platform Project – Angola ($242M - 250MMSCFPD)

  • Prepared baseline schedule, progress monitoring and status reporting of an offshore gas platform project.
  • Reviewed and coordinated among all disciplines the preparation of commissioning Work Package/Job Package and progress monitoring during offshore hookup and commissioning.
