Lead project planner reporting to the project control manager Bombardier Transportation within London Underground Projects Division. Rolling stock and signalling integrator. Role involved managing all programme matters for the Sub Surface line contract for the delivery of 1300 underground vehicles and the re signalling of the applicable lines of London Underground. Role based within project management function with the responsibility for developing the baseline programme, compliance with contract, all communication with client, reporting all progress, developing s-curve, managing contractors programme and issues with the third party programme. Reviewing suppliers programme and analysing each period for change and compliance with baseline. Responsible for delay analysis each period and subsequent reporting. Managing the programme to ensure that extension of time are mitigated and ensuring that the programme supported any claims.
