PLANNING ENGINEER

  • Prepare/follow baseline master and micro schedules (Engineering, Procurement & Construction phases) and budget and resource planning.
  • Monitoring / controlling projects with respect to Budgeted Cost, demand forecasts, Time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Interface with Engineering, Construction and Commissioning activities to align activities according to plan.
  • Preparation of work measurement programs and daily work status monitoring including work progress analysis of the entire project.
  • Prepare and Issue Project Weekly/Monthly Progress report.
  • Critical path analysis and mitigation action planning in the project schedules.
  • Preparing and monitoring Macro/Micro Level project Schedules.
  • Organize & coordinate internal meetings and the meetings with consultants and contractors.
  • Check contractor invoices and recommend payment in compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Developing preliminary schedules for tendering process from contract documentation and drawings for various tenders.

 

PROJECT ENGINEER

  • Create a Planning package and a Progress measurement system.
  • Co-ordinate with the client for the approval of documents.
  • Co-ordinate with the Procurement Department and the Project Team on the status of the work and bring to notice any related issues to the concerned personal.

 

ASST. SITE ENGINEER

  • Plan and explain the work and its method. Check and verify the work that has met the specifications and suggest necessary modifications.
  • Co-ordinate with concerned officials about the issues at site that causes delay in work.
  • Ensure the Health and Safety of the workers.

 

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (FOR SUB-CONTRACTORS)

  • Supervising and conducting inspections on the subcontracting company works
  • Evaluate the works completed and approve the amount that was invoiced.
