Plan schedules on Prima-Vera 3.1 and MS Projects

Resource and submit work packs for approval.

Assist senior planners with budgets and estimates.

Schedule construction work scope and layout all piping work for projects assigned to Fluor at the refinery.

Do material takeoffs.

Register and follow through with all FEQ’S (Field Engineering Queries)

Issue and progress resource curves.

Compile and issue progress reports.

Liaise with the client on scheduling requirements and actual master schedules.

Responsible for the overall construction schedules. Also ensure that materials are in place to meet client’s requirements.

Maintain and update the weekly/monthly schedule and submit to the client.

Maintain weekly look-ahead schedules and flag potential problems.

Liaise with client on the schedule and integrating with the client’s master schedule.

Record deviations from contract plan and advise Project manager of same.

Integrate all vendor and subcontract schedules into the schedule and advise if compatible.

                                                Other Duties

Co-ordinate all construction disciplines MEIP.

Co-ordinate all sub contractors and ensure that operations move smoothly.

Issue construction contracts for approval.

Go-out for competitive pricing with regards above contracts.
