Co-ordinate the planning and scheduling of all asset work activities in conjunction with Operations and Maintenance. Co-ordinate to ensure optimization of resources and completion of any maintenance, modification and shutdowns where the scope is required using Primavera 6.2.1 in line with the Maximo Maintenance management system. Create and maintain: Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly look ahead Plans and prepare manning forecasts and progress updates for all Inspection work activities using MS Excel and Primavera 6.2.1. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget forecasts and VOWD reports. Attend at planning meetings as required. Produce the Process Safety and Integrity Plans and Manage KPI reports. Interface with client planning functions and undertake other duties as required by the management.
