April, 2013 I am supporting the implementation of the Earned Value Model at United Technologies Corp/ Goodrich Albuquerque. The assignment entails setting up a compliant scheduling model plus adding my expertise to the tiger team of two other EVM specialists creating all the pieces of the puzzle for Goodrich to have a compliant Earned Value System. I must say this is the most fun I have had since Boeing. Hosted IBR CDR and PDR. Fully resourced schedules in MSP 2010.
