Currently working as Vice President and Head of Project Controls/ Planning for one of India’s top most real estate developer M/s Oberoi Realty Ltd. Based in Mumbai. During my tenure established a dedicated Planning Department, Control processes and overseeing all planning & project control functions as below : 

·         Establishing & monitoring Corporate and Project level Control systems.

·         Establish processes for Cost Control, Earned value analysis, Risk management, Change control management, Document management.

·         Establish & monitor Contracts and procurement management.

·         Prepare strategic delivery plans, logistic plans aligned with company Vision and oversee implementation of the plans.

·         Establish Companywide Planning and oversee implementation.

·         Carry out Forensic planning such as EOT analysis and delay claims.

·         Recruitment and training of planning personnel.

·         Capability of working to tight deadlines and motivate the team with good interpersonal partnering skills.

·         liaising with all Project stakeholders like execution team, development team, consultants etc. to work out best possible integrated working plan with emphasis on cost and time.

·         Manage and direct the execution team of complex mega structures to achieve a balance of cost, quality and time in order to maximize profitability.
