·         Conductingworkshops on 'Project Management Professional' (PMP), 'Planning, Cost Management (Earned Value Analysis) using PM software' (Oracle Primavera EPPM, MS Project), 'Primavera Risk Analysis' (Pertmaster) from both process and tool perspective and providing solutions relating to real-time issues and queries of client and their projects

·         Developed procedures for preparing and managing cash flows. Assisted client in preparation of time and cost schedule for 9 residential projects in Northern England for a Real Estate developer. The scope also included assistance for the real-time tool based monitoring for cost, physical progress and resource requirement.
