·         Provide new ideas and initiatives to deliver value-added solutions to client/ project requirements utilizing project management knowledge

·         Development of methodologies, pitch-packs, proposal decks, model processes, tools, repositories                  

·         Conducting training on Project Management, Planning using PM software

·         Thermal Power Plant(~USD 1,400 Mn Investment)- Project Advisory Services to proactively monitor, control and report critical activities to the management, along with providing independent recommendations and forward-looking plan for the project for timely decision-making   and manage lender

·         Post-acquisition(~USD 235 Mn deal)improvement projects and MIS framework setup for manufacturing units

·         Aviation Sector (~USD 3.2 Mn Savings & Revenue Realization)- Process diagnostics and identification of cost saving and revenue generating initiatives. Setting up Project Monitoring Office, subsequently perform periodic reviews for an ongoing assessment of compliance with established governance, management processes, and cost monitoring
