·         Hired to support lender with their investment in Real Estate assets

·         Developed detailed Budget, Schedules and Cash Flow

·         Monitoring, Controlling, Earned Value Analysis, Coordination between all stakeholders, Cash Flow reporting

·         The scope also included risk monitoring and designing & implementing multilayer periodic MIS reporting system for the client and lender’s review.

·         Worked as Consultant’s Project Manager

·         Prepared delay time analysis, the periodic forecast of capital required for the project, coordination works and development of reporting formats.

·         Development of a residential township with commercial Area, two high-rise commercial towers  and five-star hotels

·         Schedule development for 2 high-rise commercial towers

·         Total value of projects (without land cost): ~USD 285 Mn
