have been assigned to BP Khazzan Gathering Wells and Export System (GWES) infrastructure project worth US$ 124 Million which consists of the construction of accommodation facilities, including an operational base, a residential complex for 250 personnel and other infrastructure buildings in the Khazzan Gas Field, approximately 350 KM of south west of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

I am responsible for the completion of the project within budget and on time. Provide project performance data, project schedules and reports in a concise, timely manner as required by the project teams, senior managers and the client. Identify project risks, deviations slippages and report to the Project Construction Team with solution. Analyses current and future workloads to ensure planning responsibilities and commitments can be achieved. Maintain and update the project schedule in Primavera P6 V15.1 involving the junior planners in order to achieve strong analytical skills to interpret data for reports. Ensure data integrity is maintained through the life cycle of the programme. Provide EVM across the programme, using EVA tools and methodologies. Assigns works to the juniors and ensures appropriate training is provided. Prioritize and allocate workload, checking achievements and providing constructive feedback, leadership and management. Adhere to the BP Khazzan Safety Standard “Work Well and Work Safely”.
