Prepare WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURES (WBS) & initial network of activities in consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for project programme in Primavera P6.

Prepare master/baseline schedule for the project & and review the schedule submitted in the bid and prepare the detailed baseline schedule (L1 to L4) during design and construction stages for the project. 

Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports based on data captured during execution on weekly/monthly basis.

Resource allocation and leveling at activity level for optimized utilization of resources.

Preparation of look-ahead schedules & prepare activities forecast schedule, & supply information to respective departments for timely availability of resources on site.

Preparation of MSC, OPS, IPS, Manpower histograms and Network Diagrams for various management levels.

Prepare & perform Earned Value Management (S-Curve Analysis) for project performance monitoring.

Carry out schedule risk analysis as and when required and advice action plan to mitigate the delays, bottlenecks & constraints, if any.

Crashing of project schedules so as to enable maximum utilization of resources.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure implementation of above systems and conduct audits on the progress and costs.

Preparation of Project Budgets (top-down & bottom-up estimation), cost control reports, cash-flow analysis and variance reports for project cost control.

Alarming the Project Managers and other stake holders and resolve issues related to progress slippage.

Periodically preparation of progress variance reports.

Preparation, review and implementation of Recovery Program for planning & cost control.

Ensure proper correction in project schedule in case of “project change order” & document its impact in overall project schedule.

Work closely with Project managers in project co-ordination & control.
