Project Planning
§ Preparing Projects logic schedules on all kind of Primavera tools by relating design phase to the construction phase in a proper sequence to meet the proper utilization of resources.
§ Loading all activities with proper resources and cost.
§ Daily updating of the schedule based on quantities consumed.
§ Assessing progress of the project in terms of efforts (man days).
§ Monitoring the progress of the project to complete it within the specified time frame by tracking manpower, materials and equipments independently.
§ Updating higher management with the current status of the project and taking necessary action to speed up the work if delay occurs.
§ Synchronize with other departments (Execution, Procurement and Design) for efficient follow-up of the plan and to accomplish significant milestones.
§ Analyzing View PERT to follow critical path in order to avoid any type of delay in critical activities.
§ Generating graphical reports (S-Curve, Histogram, Pure logic and Time scaled logic diagram) to observe cash flow, comparative progress and logic of the project.
§ Generating Earned value and other tabular reports as required by Client and Consultant.
§ Providing Client with different types of Filters for the easy visualization of progress (2 weeks look ahead, Critical activities etc.)
§ Setting up Recovery plan by adjusting running plan if client asks for revision, by freezing it as target 2.
§ Deriving weekly and daily schedule from the master plan.
§ Submitting daily, bi-weekly and Monthly Progress Reports to the client.
§ Managing project reports; take off documents, executing programme/ plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays & profits attached.
§ Establishing time span of project execution as per client specifics; listing down resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.
· Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actual progress, analysing variance, forecasting weekly & monthly resource requirements.
Site & Construction management
§ Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
§ Identifying & developing alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely delivery to minimise project cost.
§ Ensuring that equipment/ materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
§ Timely completion of projects in accordance with the specifications and codes including Quality norms.
§ Completion of projects within Budget targets.
