·         Creating baseline contract programme.

·         Establish MIS (Management Information System) Reports

·         Monitoring  S- Curves and KPI’s (Key Performance Indices)

·         Initialization, Project Planning, Controls and Monitoring & Delivery of the project parameter through which necessary results can be achieved. Assisted as part of the core team. Playing a major role.

·         Established Critical path method (CPM) for Programme, performed risk analysis, and total float analysis on the programme.

·         Preparing project management plan.

·         Establishing work breakdown structures along with Work Packages in line with Cost Centers.

·         Preparing primary time-chainage charts representing the totality of the overall project elements.

·         Establishing overall contractual milestone programme and solve the issues in between the integration elements.

·         Preparing integrated Master Programme (Execution plan) – Depots, railway system element, power distribution network element, civil construction elements) and co-ordination with client, contractors, site people & site activities.

·         Developing EPC schedule for Linear work like track, traction power, viaduct, distribution power, station building construction, and their productivity rate with PRIMAVERA (version 7.0) &TILOS (version 8.1)

(For all work –stages & lifecycles of the project)

·         Excel in collaborating with clients, contractors to meet or exceed design, quality, and timeline and budget expectation.

·         Preparing Rolling programme & look ahead schedule.

·         Preparing progress period reports to managers and highlight the issues on regular basis. The content include the following information: Executive summary, Achievements of the month, Top 10 significant issues, Health Safety and Environment, Quality Assurance, Design / Engineering status, Procurement status, Programme status. (Customizing reports MIS & (Daily, Weekly & Monthly), etc.

·         Establishment PMS/ Progress Measurement Systems for overall project and for package by giving weightage to each level for a detailed schedule on the basis of efforts and cost required in association with projects group.

·         Participation in weekly client review meetings

·         Initiation, responding to all planning Engineers and as an active member of the team.

·         Detailed Analysis of Launching girder productivity, construction productivity for overhead line, track laying, cable laying and station build elements all undertaken to verify the master programme.

·         Preparing project Programme details for the Design, procurement, Installation and testing & commissioning of all construction works.

·         Developed Organization Charts & Labor Histograms.

·         Resources allocation and assigning Roles.

·         Job allocation to all discipline engineers and follow up for daily job progress.

·         Accounting Project Delays.

·         Project Updating, Scheduling, and Leveling of Cost & Resources.

·         Understanding the essential nature of scope management which facilitates clear project guidelines to ensure that the three fixed factors of time (Schedule), Cost and quality are kept synchronized within the project’s control.

·         Proactively co-ordinate between planning, progress, cost group and engineering, procurement, construction team ensuring the control of the full scope of work and all EPC activities are recorded, analyzed, monitored and controlled against project planning package.

·         Constraint based planning and control.

·         Making the best use of Limited Resources.

·         Focused professional with a depth knowledge of primavera P6. And Competent in all aspects of metro rail planning particularly systems and associated MEP services.
