Currently, I am working for Redis Construction Afrika. We currently have three projects in DRC, one project in Ghana, one in Nigeria and one project in Botswana. The Tenke Fungurume Phase 2 and Balance of Plant; as well as Kwale Minerals Sand Project were completed in 2013/14. I travel to all our sites on a monthly basis, to do random audits on all the project control systems, in order to ensure accurate invoices, progress reporting and schedules. I also assist with all tender efforts. The familiarity with contract documents, general conditions, special conditions, scope of work and contractual drawings is of great importance. I am also regularly involved with claim resolutions.

Our main focus is process plants for copper, platinum and titamium mines, as well as sugar mills. Redis is a multi-disciplinary Structural Steel, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Piping (SMEIP) construction company.
