Headed up the project controls team for theBuildings/Health/Education (BHE) Sector under the Project Contracting Office 18.6 billion dollar reconstruction effort in Iraq. Developed, monitored, and simultaneously reported on 1,412 individual design/build projects/schedules costing $614 million dollars using Primavera e/c covering 1,236 schools, 5 public buildings,23 hospitals, and 150 primary health care clinics throughout various governorates in Iraq.

Generated the weekly Secretary of the Army Report for BHE sector showing earned valuefor work in place and number of Iraqis put to work in order to stabilize Iraq’s emerging democracy. Assisted in generating the Sector Consolidated Results Update Meeting (SCRUM)reports to the PCO principles and U.S. military command.
