Cost & Schedule Analyst, Versar International Assistance Projects (VIAP), 126 Task Orders for Various Military Base Projects Throughout Iraq

Monitored, analyzed and generated Limited Schedule Reviews and Analysis Reports on multiple construction projects throughout Iraq for the Air Force Center forEnvironmental Excellence (AFCEE) with a total budget of $4.4 billion dollars funded by MNSTC-I/J7 utilizing Primavera P6 and Pert Master v. 8.1 for risk analysis. 

Evaluated schedules from U.S. Contractors utilizing various scheduling platforms for 126 Cost Plus Contracted Task Orders to see if they met the AFCEE Iraq Program Schedule Requirements and advised the Government COR’s on project controls issues such as Earned Value, performance indices, performance rates, Work in Place (WIP),cost status, S curve graphs, and risk analysis. Generated PDM Network and sample project schedule in Primavera 6 to train AFCEE CORs and J7 Project Managers in the proper build out of a project schedule and to demonstrate schedule analysis based on the AFCEE Iraq Program Schedule Requirements.
