4. Preparation of Baseline Schedule resource with manpower, equipment and costs.

5. Genarating S-Curves based on the resources loaded.

6. Preparation of Cash Flow based on the baseline schedule.

7. Updation of Progress Reports Periodically ( weekly, monthly and quarterly )

8. Coordinate with immediate superior regarding variances to mitigate the activity especially negative activities.
