Functional Department Manager for Jacobs Morocco (JESA),a new Joint Venture office startup in Casablanca, Morocco.  The program entailed establishing new departmental policies and procedures capable of supporting work on a continuous basis, initially for $44BB single client program, expanding to a multi-client full service office.  Charged with the responsibility for hiring department and project personnel, project assignment, training, management oversight, procedures development and deployment for all Project Controls personnel.  Responsibe to develop tools and procedures.   Staff expectation to grow to over 75 Project Controls Professionals.
