 Planning, Scheduling and follow‐up of the projects physical progress Evaluate & advise upon delay & disruption Critical path analysis, Resource Loading, Earned value performance measurement and analysis, Risk Analysis using Primavera. Attending Different Internal & External Progress Meetings. Interfacing with the Clients / Contractors Planning & Management team for discussions of Planning & Project progress. Lead, Direct, Follow up & Support my team on the correct path of finishing the project professionally & on time Interface with senior staff and clients. Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedure diagrams Man Power Planning & Scheduling (Making Comparison between Estimated & Actual Work Time for Each Task, and Showing the Duty Progress Percentages) Daily weekly, Monthly status reports establishment Liaising with the team throughout the process, making adjustments to projects as necessary. Preparing contracts time line for new projects the company applies for. Revenue forecasting for the projects, Inputs to QS department for billing.
