Fortior Global was created out of the merger of  three formerly separate project controls implementation specialists, Primavera Australia, PCS Pty Ltd and Project Management Solutions (Australia). 

 These three organisations, all with more than 20 years’ experience, have developed integrated project controls for hundreds of projects in Australia and overseas.  They bring together extensive knowledge, experience and expertise in designing and implementing highly effective project management and project controls solutions.

Currently, the business model is based on selling Primavera project management/ project control, cost/ estimating and risk management software and implementation solutions and training as well as consultancy services around scheduling, project controls, cost and schedule audits, risk management services as well as commercial, contracts and claims consultancy services.
