Maintaining and updating of Schedules through communication with site personnel & management and site observations to determine target dates to meet schedule requirements.

Develop schedule baseline and time phased budget. Implementing Cost performance reporting system based on EVM (Earned value Management).

Ensure progress (EV) is calculated accurately based on performance measurement techniques in the Turnaround Documentation (TAD).

Earned value and actual cost are collated and a Cost Performance Report (CPR) is produce at the end of the month.

Reporting include analysis of trends, variance report and corrective actions.

Implementing productivity analysis from data obtained and observations for benchmarking reporting.
