    • Prepare work program, progress measurement systems (PPMS) and develop suitable WBS for all activities. Incorporate all necessary procedures including HSE, QA/QC, HAZOP, HAZID, PSM processes and methodologies. Ensure common understanding by providing adequate program narrative.
    • Monitor the project construction activities which include: Installation of Compressors, GE Motors, Vorecon, Inlet Separators, scrubbers, Condensate Flash Vessels and pumps; LV and HV Transformers, Substation Buildings, Structural erection,  Piping, loops hydro-testing and Reinstatement, electrical cable, Cable pulling, Cable termination, lighting features and lighting poles; Instrumentation same as mentioned for Electrical and many other interface activities such as: piping tie-ins, electrical tie-ins, instrument tie-ins and GRE tie-ins. Manage the project construction KPI, MCC, PCC, ITRs and Punch list
      • Review and approve contractor’s daily, weekly and monthly reports.
      • Coordinate with HSE and QA/QC, Hazard operability (HAZOP), Hazard Identification (HAZID), Quantitative Risk Assessment  officers for  strict adherence and timing reports
      • Resource loads all activities and generates appropriate manpower histogram for proper work execution.
      • Monitor Commissioning activities such as Lube Oil Flushing, Motor stability test, transformer stability test, alignment of major equipment, loop & logic Check, N2/He Leak Test, Condensate Pump Dynamic Test, Panel Testing, Function test of transformer to DCS & UCP, Dynamic Function test of LOWO fans and process coolers, Motor Purging, Motor Solo Run etc
