As Senior Planner for Punj Lloyd Limited ( July 2006 to April 2007):

• Responsible for Preparation of a separate project Procurement schedule for all project material(s) and incorporating modifications required as per approved changes.
• Releasing enquiries, Negotiating with the suppliers, finalize prices, issue purchase orders, co-ordinate with the execution department and preparation of order schedule of materials.
• Finalize the Work orders for various services required for the Project like dewatering, Non Destructive Testing etc.
• Liaise with Port Authorities at Doha for early release of material.
• Regular follow-up with various suppliers and demanding delivery schedules to match project requirements.
• Arranging payments for delivered materials and generating Debit notes for damaged goods (if any).
• Coordinate with Stores for proper upkeep and record keeping of delivered materials.
• Prepare and maintain project cash flow report for maintaining sufficient cash flow at site for sub contractor and miscellaneous payments.
