Profession Experience:
2004-2005: family business in reconstructing a building on Saida old
road.
2006: Primavera courses for elementary and advanced project
management.
2006-2008: A Mega Project consists of 260 building reconstructing and
rehabilitation, Quality and Control Department budgeted by 500 million
dollars.
Responsible for the setting, controlling and updating 75 building out of
220 buildings total.
2008- 2009: Abadeyih hills and al Nafisi villa’s responsible for
updating and preparing monthly report relative and send to consultant
and owners budgeted by 30 million dollars.
2006-2011: A free lancer in scheduling and updating planning
schedules over primavera version 6 for Adel Shadi Kodeih construction
projects.
· Update all time and cost schedule and report the project
manager.
· Review all invoices and enter them through excel cost control
tables.
2009-2011: Working in international cooperation for printing and
trading in facility and Administration supervisor position. (Inkript
Logistics)
· Assists in the preparation of the administration’s budget
· Ensures the implementation of the established administration
policies and procedures
· Ensures the cleanliness and tidiness of all offices & production
premises
· Ensures that necessary safety and insurance measures are
undertaken in the company’s premises at all times
· Monitors and follows up all maintenance services related to
Bchamoun complex (Generators, elevators, SW machines…)
· Generates the fuel and oil consumption reports as well as the
general maintenance report.
· Prepares work orders for facilities personnel
· Ensures follow up on all maintenance contracts and negotiation
· Perform routine inspections of equipment and properties; define
work needed for repairs and replacements; evaluate maintenance

· Follow up on the insurance schemes renewals or modifications
according to the changes occurring to the insured assets.
· Maintains the security and safety of the company’s vehicles by
checking the validity of all drivers’ licenses , mechanic fees
….etc.
· Supervises and implements all official work between the company
and the Lebanese government.
