The main responsibilities were:

  • Fabrication of steel and aluminium boat hulls and superstructure
  • Fabrication of fuel tanks, bulwarks and frame / structure work
  • Fabricate and fit jet ducts, jet cones and ride controls
  • Work to 0.05mm tolerance off drawings
  • Supervisor role within, managing a group of 12 personnel
  • Organizing tasks for team
  • Responsible for the success of tasks
  • Make sure job is completed to requirements and standards
  • Reporting to Production manager
  • Setting up milestones
  • Solving problems as they arise
  • Make sure all jobs are conducted safely
  • Training new applicants
