December, 2005 - Guide the development and Implementation of Western region Project Control Procedures ensuring compatibility with Company and Industry Best Practice
- Provide Support to the Regional Business Unit for projects throughout their lifecycle : tender, delivery and handover.
- Monitors, controls and reports on project progress and forecasts for project management & client review implementating earned value.
- Interfacing with the client and sub-contractors including Civils, track and Electrification Counterpart with regards to tendering and Eot Claims.
- Establishing Earned Value Management across all projects and optimizing the process.
- Manage the productivity of monthly business reports and demonstrating project and Programme performance with respect to safety, quality and cost.
- Oversee the estimating plans as well as transferring estimation pack to the execution phase including creating the CBS/WBS.
- Ensuring Cost, Resource and Material Constraint is optimize in all detail schedules.
- Identify risks and evaluate options for their control and implementing contingencies.
- Establish control procedures for delay claims, techniques to be used and assisting in delay quantifications.
- Guiding the project teams with respect to Earned value and cost planning management.
