The LAND 121 project is a project to produce 3 prototypes of the Light Protected Patrol Vehicles (LPPV), for the Commonwealth of Australia and UK MoD.  My role was to create and maintain the MS Project plan, to closely monitor the progress of the vehicle through the construction, delivery and in country testing.  I tracked progress against plan, including monitoring delivery against the baseline and challenging any variances.  I constantly checked the quality and accuracy of the project plans.  I provided timely and accurate reports on project progress.  I worked directly with the Project Managers and the sub-contractors to establish the timelines.

* The vehicles were delivered as to schedule. My services were no longer required as Project management and planning activities were moved to the US for the next stage.
