Worked as owner’srepresentative, responsible for providing planning and cost controlanalytical advice, and functional support for engineering and construction management team in the area of project management during engineering and procurement phase.

• Close working with EPCM Contractor (Fluor Vancouver, Canada) and assist contractor in development of level 3 EPC schedule.
• Developing owners Level 3 schedule and analyze any impact to overall integrated schedule.
• Coordinate and maintain engineering and procurement schedule against established schedules.
• Providecost analysis and recommendation for capital projects, implement schedule program to ensure all capital projects are performed in accordance with approved budgets and schedules.
• Monitoring the progress against the baseline & reporting the variance on timely manner to project stakeholders
• Review and provide schedule analysis and cost review during procurement and Contractor bidding process.
• Develop and provide constructability based on input from construction management team.
• Participating weekly Planning meetings with Engineering, Procurement & Construction group.
