·         To provide project controls management, including schedule baseline development and management, scope                          and baseline change control, risk management, earned value analysis and management, guidance and tools,                         performance status and reporting.

·         Ensuring the application and implementation of effective planning techniques and controls (earned value,                            cost, and schedule variance, estimate at completion, critical path analysis).

·         Produce Detailed Hour by Hour Weekend Possession Programme.

·         Conducts quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA) on every programme before possession work is carried out.

·         Support programme integration, governance, formats, plan optimisation, and project controls best practices.
