From October 2008 until July 2009 I was involved in the planning of the FCC and Alkylation plants stop, together with the schedule of investments for all disciplines (civil - mechanical - electrical instrumentation). After realizing three of the five level 4 subprojects, I coordinated four scheduler that every day were uploading advances in the same schedule.

I supervised of the plant stop master, a program containing 13,000 task and its resources.

I also was in charge to prepare weekly reports with the progress, S curves for framework, delay analysis and recovery plans.
