  • Progress/productivity analysis and reports
  • Subcontractors Schedules
    • Detailed Project Cost Report “Planned Budget Breakdown/Actual Expense/Estimate to Complete/Variance”.
    • Monthly Actual Expenses Report.
    • Equipment Utilization Plan & Forecast.
    • Manpower Schedule & Forecast.
    • Cash flow Planned against Actual & forecast.
    • Beside the above tasks;I was responsible to prepare a detailed escalation study (Claim) due to Booming happened in Cement Price, Steel Reinforcement price, Steel Structure price, direct manpower wages, indirect manpower salaries, and fuel prices.
