- Attending Tender Meetings (To get information for tender program-schedule)
- Design A Tender Program-Schedule (With minimum detail –baseline program /schedule Level 1-2)
- Attending Tender Award Meeting (To get information for more detail program/schedule Level 2-3)
- Attending Site Meeting (To see site layout and getting the final detail )
- Project Starts Visit Site (Start design a Construction program/schedule level 4-5)
- Attending Site Meetings And Start To Track Project -With Reports - S-Curves and Histograms to know resources and time frame for the project to finish in time
- Assist The Contracts Manager
- Was responsible for all the project planning for the company (small projects and major projects)
- Eg. New Shaft – Styldrift – Steel Construction – Fabrication and Erecting of both Main Headgear and Service Headgear and Winder Houses
