• Provided program planning services to support the efficient and effective delivery of Seqwater’s Delivery portfolio, including strategic identification of tactical steps to achieve best for project outcomes.  Responsibilities included:
  • Provided input Into the Project WBS including identifying and documenting work that is planned to be performed and the deliverables at work package level
  • Defined the format and established the criteria for developing and controlling the program of projects and confirmed requirements through the Project Controls Plan
  • Prepared, as required, project schedule network diagrams or schematic displays of the project's activities and logical relationships
  • Estimated the schedule activity durations, using information on schedule scope of work, required resource types, resource quantities and resource availability

Determined planned start and finish dates for project activities, reviewing and revising as required to create an approved project program that can serve as the baseline against which progress can be tracked.
