Overview

• An experienced Primavera P6 user, have knowledge and experience of Earned Value (EV), cost control and monthly dashboard reporting.
• Planning Engineer, have in-depth knowledge of pre and post contract as well as tender planning of multi disciplined projects. Construction, Civil, Rail & London Underground.
• Have experience of working with the NEC 3 form of contract, predominantly Option C and, occasionally, Option A.
• Have experience and knowledge of ground works, structural steel, concrete frame works, concrete piles, roads, railway, London Underground and associated works.
• Senior Planner on a variety of projects including the £2bl Westfield Shopping Centre, West London, Structures, Bridges and Highways M25 Widening J16 to 23, as well asFit-out & Building Remedial Works for Heathrow Terminal 1,3,4 & 5.
• Tender Planner played a key role in the bid process and preparation of tender programmes including the £50m Heathrow Runway Rehabilitations Project,  M8, M73 & M74 Wideningand the Bank Station Capacity Up-grad, LUL(BFK) bid in JV with BamNiuttall, Ferrovial and Kier.
• Understanding of the timely management of programme and cost changes through the construction phases.
• Early identification of risks and the timely implementation of mitigation measures.
