The main objective was to establish the Project Plan and budged, in order to determine the seasonality of the project implementation; considering the physical progress and preparing a forecast for the completion date.
Based on the progress and scope of the Project, looking forward for opportunities that could impact in cost or dates, in order to correct and/or mitigate deviations detected.

· Implementation Primavera Project Management 5.0
· Migration Primavera 3.1 to Primavera Project Management 5.0
· Upgrade to primavera Project Management revision 6.0, 6.1 y 6.2.1
· Planning and Control for power Project such as wind farm and Punta Colorada power stations.
· Planning and control for the Pioneer and Construction Camp (1500 capacity)
· Planning and control for the Argentinian Site Camp (3.640 capacity)
· Scheduling and planning, activities such as EPCM earthworks, EPCM primary crusher, EPCM truck shop, EPCM process plant; EPCM overland conveyor, Access roads, EPCM power system.
· Planning pioneers Access roads to the mine.
