Planning and scheduling lead for the Project.

Developed activities:

·         Active participation in the Primavera Management Project interim to version 7.0

·         Master Plan Development.

·         Planning the occupation camp for the Project.

·         Field programming and control implementation

·         Planning and control of Project different activities such as early Works, massive earthworks, early water lines, Access             roads, camp construction, etc.

·         “What  if” analysis to support strategic decision making to support the Project Management.

·         Review and validation of contractor reports.

·         Assistance to Contractual meeting with the contractors.

·         Responsible for the master plan and progress report of the Project.
