Morrison Facilities Services – Family Mosaic Contract (Worth - £199M), South East London

 

·     Prepare, develop, monitor and coordinate detailed programmes and plans using P6 & MS Project 2007 to reflect work breakdown structures for between 1000 -2500 activities reflecting contract lead times, proposed completion dates, milestones, baseline schedule, critical path & budget working hrs.

·     Maintain an overview of the contract progress and financial cash flow in accordance with the contract programme.

·     Responsible for planning and managing workloads and project plans for seven (7) project teams across London.

·     Liaise with the key internal stakeholders to ensure that company’s serviceability plans reflects both the client’s and company’s requirements in terms of Asset Management, Operations, Capital delivery, etc..

·     Liaise with site managers, surveyors, resident liaison officer, suppliers, subcontractors, health and safety executives, Client project managers and others on any matters relating to the progression of work.

·     Plan & schedule multi-complex cyclical maintenance projects within a predetermined time scale.

·     Integrate subcontractors/suppliers mini plans into the overall project plan, ability to convert project files from MS Project to P6 and vice versa.

·     Ensure that all statutory and industry health and safety policies, regulations and procedures are complied with; contributing to the development of safe working methods and safer environment to work in for all operatives.

·     Plan works in accordance with any Risk Assessment, Method Statement, DSE & DDA Regulations.

·     Ensure that relevant task specific risk assessments are made available for tasks such as Working at Height, Electrical, Gas, Asbestos, scaffolds and Manual Handling.

·     Organise weekly meetings with teams (site managers, surveyors & resident liaison officers) highlighting KPIs (Start & completion dates of works, variations on site, delays) and other issues on sites etc.

·     Organise and manage project handover/site inspections with Client Project Managers.

·     Assessing impacts by preparing & reviewing claims for Time Extension & additional cost for variations.

·     Proactively & proficiently utilise Business Object Reports, Primavera 6 and MS Project plans to adequately track, analyse, coordinate and monitor live projects identifying baselines, slack times, milestones etc; ensuring that projects are delivered within set timescales and agreed quality standards.

·     Develop and manage Asset Management plans, allocate resources (Man Power, Plant & Equipment, Subcontractors, and Materials).

·     Prepared & presented Earned Value analysis & Progress reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
