·        Work Details :

-Prepare procedures and job descriptions for foundation of joint venture ,preparing - submitting  , master plan ,manpower chart ,machinery – equipment list , cash flow , strategic procurement schedule ,material take off list, material approval board and method of statements to consultant for all ongoing projects.          

-Contract management related FIDIC according to difference between 1.BOQ and 2.BOQ .Performing good relationship with consultant and managing monthly  progress payment sheets related FIDIC.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          - Assist in drafting and negotiating the initial contract documentation, providing technical advice on fair tender prices, standard cost and contractual terms, and any special conditions

Coordinate and manage mechanical works, electrical works, architectural works and site works according to master plan.
