     Job Responsibilities:

• Visiting the different projects on regular bases and checking their progress, performance and related issue and submitting report to Top management.
• Advise the higher management when the project delayed and behind schedule.
• Updating schedule, Risk register, issue logs, claim logs and variation logs.
•  Evaluate subcontractors schedule and rising flag on delay.
• Selecting the appropriate techniques, prepare WBS and sequence of events for a planning project.
• Analyzing construction sites and local environments to determine appropriate logistics solutions and resources.
• Drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams.
• For monitoring progress making templates for particular project and updating it throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.
