Project Controls Manager:

Project Control Manager assigned to Parramatta Light Rail (Stage 1) Project, responsible for project planning and scheduling, risk management and document control. Nominated Senior Programmer for SOM (Supply, Operate and Maintain) Contract. Main responsibilities are:

• Manage team of seven staff encompassing planning, risk and document control.
• Develop, update and maintain Master Program for SOM Contract.
• Assessment of Interface Contractor's Schedules identifying and advising issues that could impact the project's completion date.
• Perform delay analysis, prepare extension of time claims and assist in the preparation of expert reports.
• Monitor cost and schedule progress using Earned Value Methodology.
• Facilitate and oversee risk assessment, mitigation and contingency planning process for the SOM
• Program conducting Quantitative Schedule Risk Assessments on Primavera Risk Analysis.
• Create and update timely reports demonstrating project's progress, also developing dashboard reports on Power BI.
