My responsibilities encompassed on construction planning, preparation & updates of contract programmes, cost schedules and provides secretarial and administrative support to the Project Team and Project Manager on site. Duties also involved construction progress & procurement reports, cost reports used for internal purposes and submissions to the Project Management. Accountable for maintaining register like drawing and technical query register, bids, contract register and Technical Submittals.
