• To develop totally integrated EPCM schedules program. Prepares project planning basis.
• To develop schedule format, list of activities and establishes durations for project activities and overall logic for execution of work.
• To develop work breakdown structure control and integrity of work defined by the contract.
• Liaise closely with Project Management and project team members.
• Prepares schedule of activities and execution plan based on Execution strategy.
• Prepares issues and maintains management, project and control level schedules and other project specific schedules as required.
• Prepares and analyses schedule status reports. Maintains progress and performance charts and reports to communicate project performance to clients and project management.
• Analyses and forecasts time/cost impact. Determine schedule/ cost trends variation and deviations and inform project management of potential problem areas and recommends solutions or recovery plans to schedule/ cost impact or delays.
• Co-ordinates with procurement and engineering for drawing and equipment delivery schedules.

Measures, reports and analyses engineering and construction progress using an earned value basis.
