Over 7 years of experience in Project Planning & Monitoring  at Home Office and Construction sites in India for Heater Package, Delayed Coker Unit and Cross country Pipelines.

 

Presently working as Sr. Planning Engineer at Site office scheduling for Brahmaputra Cracker & Polymer Project, Panipat Naphtha Cracker Project, Panipat Refinery Expansion Project. Cross country Pipelines Project.

 

My responsibilities include the Planning and Project Control work for all phases of Project viz. Engineering, Procurement and Construction for achieving desired goal set jointly with Client/Owner. Major activities include development of weighed values and Work Breakdown Structures for different phases of Project, preparing overall project schedule and monitoring the same, follow up of potential slippages areas and taking remedial measures. Also responsible for liaisoning with Client/Owner and different Contractors / Vendors,  approval of work schedules to control the Project cost & generate various reports indicating project schedule vis-a-a progress of work, identification of areas of concern and their remedial measures, monitoring & co-ordination of engineering / procurement activities of contractors.

 

Wide & proven experience on providing Project monitoring services under EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management) and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) scope of services with the extensive use of various Computer software’s like PRIMAVERA (EC Version) and In-House Packages.

  • Using primavera to reduced the time during the shutdown activities.
  • To make bar chart of activities & WBS (work breakdown structure) for all plant activities.
  • Using SAP for material issue voucher (MIV) & Contract labor index line up.
  • Supervision & monitoring of job during maintenance & cross-check with inspection.
  • Executing the activities like ring test, tube test, below, economizer coil super heater coil installation, hydro testing, demister paid repairing, tray installing, cleaning, buffing, nozzles welding

  • To attend the review meetings with client engineers & give the demonstration of scheduling.
