Safiyyah Khan has approximately 5 years of experience in the planning and scheduling field but it’s more in the capacity of assisting project managers, planning managers and cost engineers. Her qualifications include UK Diplomas in Project Management, Human Resource Management, Business Management and Administration, and certifications in Primavera P6, Safety, Accounting, Computers and various other fields.

In her earlier years Safiyyah could not make up her mind as to what field she wanted her career to be based in. This is why she has gotten qualifications in various fields which have turned out to be a good thing. Project Management involves having knowledge of the various functions of other departments in an organization.

She landed her first job as Planning Assistant to the Planning Manager of Sunway (Caribbean) Construction Limited, where she learned about planning and scheduling. This was her calling and this is where she realized that she wanted to stay in the field of planning and scheduling. This field has offered her a comfortable level of authority, challenge and individuality to perform, grow, learn and keep on learning.

Safiyyah has intentions to enroll herself in school in order to complete a degree in Project Management and become as professional and specialized in her field as she possibly can. She is presently looking for a mentor in field of Planning.
