Job Description:

• Review of PTS – Project Technical Specification, instruction to bidders, summary of scope of work, attachments schedules and other project schedules such as contract action plan, critical milestones dates, procurement schedules and other relevant project schedules.
• Responsible in reviewing and responding to contractor clarifications and technical queries relating to project schedules.
• Prepare a brief summary schedule for overall project schedules using Microsoft Projects.
• Prepares a weekly project status report and internal monthly report for work accomplishment of TIAC Project.
• Ensure that all proposed project schedules will not have effect on the scheduled shutdown of the power plant and as well as additional power will be ready on the expected date of completion of TIAC Project.
• Facilitate regular meetings to proactively resolve planning conflicts across contractors.
• In charge of drawings, plant locations or any drawings using CAD software (Microstation and AutoCAD).
• Updates the Turbine Inlet Air Cooling Project Filing System in Documentum Docbase of the Department Filing System.
• Create a Database for Document filing system using Microsoft Office Access and Visual Basic and also contact information records.
• In-charge of searching Material Specification in SEC Mainframe System.
• Coordinating with the contracting department and contractors for the current issue and project status.
• Undergo training of Documentum Docbase for documentation system of GTSD Department.
• Document Control, file management and various office works s required.
• Official Trips and site visits to power plants for surveying and gathering technical information for the project.
